Chef Charlie is a French native and culinary artisan who has accumulated over 20 years of experience with a focus on baking. His love of food grew over the years bringing him from France to London and then to the States. Since moving to California in 2010, Chef has worked in some of the finest Italian restaurants throughout San Francisco and has quickly made a name for himself. His deep passion and drive for creating uniquely satisfying recipes using seasonal ingredients drove him to want to start his own culinary experience. However, much like his recipes, it had to be something with a twist. Chef dreamed up the design to have a beautifully hand-crafted oven imported from Italy and secured onto an original set of wheels, giving birth to our Little Pizza Truck.

Carla is a California native with a background in business management. She has had a variety of roles in the operational realm ranging from contract management to business development to event planning and everything in between. Carla thrived most in the event space and found a real passion for creating connections. Fast forward a few years to when she and her husband were looking to build something that would highlight both their creative and professional strengths in an authentic way. Thus came the idea of the Little Pizza Truck! With her years of business experience and her most cherished role as a mom, Carla is used to wearing multiple hats and is our secret ingredient in making sure everything operates smoothly to ensure a seamless, joyful, and special event for you!
Kaia is Charlie and Carla's rescue pup who absolutely loves her roles as their model, taste tester, and clean-up crew. She is sweet, goofy, and super-loving. If you come by their place for a tasting and want to meet her, make sure to let them know! She would absolutely love it and would be available to help with any extra scraps.
